  • Conversations: messages sent through connected channels (WhatsApp, Telegram)
  • Google Calendar: access to your calendar (only with explicit authorization) to create events and check availability

  • Payment data: processed by third-party payment systems, not stored on our servers

Google Calendar Integration

When connecting Google Calendar, we request the following permissions:

  • Reading and creating events in your calendar
  • Checking busy time slots

🔒 We use Google Calendar access exclusively so your AI agent can book clients and check schedules. We do not share your calendar data with third parties or use it for advertising.

You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings: myaccount.google.com/permissions

How We Use Data

  • Providing HoookAI service features
  • Processing messages by AI agents
  • Creating and managing Google Calendar entries (if connected)
  • Improving service quality and fixing bugs
  • Sending important service notifications

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure servers. We apply:

  • Data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encryption of sensitive data in the database
  • Restricted employee access to user data
  • Regular data backups

Google OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form and used only for requests on behalf of your agent.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We may share data only with the following categories of partners:

  • Google LLC — for Google Calendar integration (with your consent)
  • LLM providers (e.g. OpenAI) — for AI agent message processing. Only conversation texts are shared
  • Cloud providers — for service hosting

Confidentiality agreements are signed with all partners.

  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Revoke Google Calendar access at any time
  • Delete your account with all associated data
